Creating Value for Your Clients includes audio clips about how to conduct listing presentations, scripts for how to negotiate transactions, sample documents from successful CRS members and students, and videotaped stories illustrating key ideas from CRS Instructors. Even more valuable, you can apply the content you learn by solving real-world, real-estate issues in a convenient learning environment. Plus, the eight-hour Course counts as one unit of elective credit toward earning the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation.

examines the changing role of real estate agents, provides tips on the technology needed to effectively work with online consumers, and gives you templates and strategies for operating with today's real estate technology.
